SUMMARY:Veterans Discover Scuba Dive with the Barracks Legend Foundation
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a special day of healing and exploration as we partner with the Barracks Legend Foundation (BLF) for a Discover Scuba Diving experience dedicated to veterans. The BLF is committed to improving the mental health and well-being of service members by providing access to community-driven outdoor activities. Their mission aligns beautifully with ours at Grateful Divers Worldwide\, where we believe in the transformative power of the underwater world. \nThe day will begin at 8:00 AM at the Sands Harbor pool in Pompano Beach with a Discover Scuba Diving session—designed for first-time divers to gain confidence and comfort with scuba equipment in a controlled environment. After the pool session\, we’ll break for lunch and camaraderie\, with meals generously provided by the BLF. In the afternoon\, participants will board Goliath for a guided shallow-water ocean dive\, putting their new skills into practice in the open sea. All scuba gear\, tanks\, and instruction will be provided by Grateful Divers Worldwide. The Goliath dive vessel is proudly sponsored by the Barracks Legend Foundation in support of this mission. Estimated end time is 5:30 PM.

DESCRIPTION:Grateful Divers Worldwide is chartering the boat Goliath 🛥️ for a special two-tank adaptive night dive! While all adaptive diver spots are filled\, we’re still looking for a couple of adaptive dive buddies to join us on this unique experience. \nWe’ll be completing Sabrina’s SDI Advanced Diver Certification and giving a few of our adaptive divers the chance to experience the magic of night diving for the very first time. \nNight dives are an entirely different world—when the sun sets\, the reef truly comes alive. SUMMARY:Bimini Hammerhead Trip
DESCRIPTION:Grateful Divers Worldwide head to Bimini\, Bahamas to experience a once in a lifetime opportunity to see Great Hammerhead Sharks up close and personal.  It is common for multiple species of sharks to show up including reef\, nurse\, and tiger sharks.  We will be taking several adaptive divers for this epic adventure.  These trips are made possible by money raised by the Annual Shark Junkie Fundraiser at the World Famous Parrot Lounge.  This trip is completely booked but there’s always next year.  How do you get a spot on this amazing trip?  Simple\, be active volunteers and participants.  It’s going to be a fun filled summer so don’t hesitate to get involved!
