Veterans Discover Scuba Dive with the Barracks Legend Foundation

Join us for a special day of healing and exploration as we partner with the Barracks Legend Foundation (BLF) for a Discover Scuba Diving experience dedicated to veterans. The BLF is committed to improving the mental health and well-being of service members by providing access to community-driven outdoor activities. Their mission aligns beautifully with ours at Grateful Divers Worldwide, where we believe in the transformative power of the underwater world.

The day will begin at 8:00 AM at the Sands Harbor pool in Pompano Beach with a Discover Scuba Diving session—designed for first-time divers to gain confidence and comfort with scuba equipment in a controlled environment. After the pool session, we’ll break for lunch and camaraderie, with meals generously provided by the BLF. In the afternoon, participants will board Goliath for a guided shallow-water ocean dive, putting their new skills into practice in the open sea. All scuba gear, tanks, and instruction will be provided by Grateful Divers Worldwide. The Goliath dive vessel is proudly sponsored by the Barracks Legend Foundation in support of this mission.
